Why All Speech?

Our Focus

Our priority is you. We complete a thorough intake before the assessment and schedule a consultation afterward to ensure all your questions are answered. Because communication requires two or more people, we help you work on your goals outside of the therapy room as your coach.

Our Mission

All Speech’s goal is to improve the accessibility of myofunctional and speech therapy services. We provide our services online to work in the client's everyday setting, to maximize the convenience of our services, and to encourage communication partners to join in the growth.

All Speech, LLC believes in life-long learning and continues to use innovative treatment that addresses your communication concerns. We are here for you, and we have the skill sets to make the virtual sessions effective and enjoyable. All we ask of you is to come with an open-mind and leave motivated to continue your growth plan.

Our History

2020 - 2024

All Speech, LLC. was founded in 2020 with the idea that we could help improve accessibility to speech therapy services through our own private practice. Sarah and June worked together to establish All Speech and to serve families across Texas and California.

2025 - Beyond!

All Speech continues to provide private speech teletherapy, and we have expanded to provide resources to support parents, rising speech-language pathologists, and speech therapists through All Speech Mom. We believe in the power of lifelong learning and that everyone can succeed.

Frequently Asked Questions

General Speech Therapy FAQs

What is speech therapy and who can benefit from it?

Speech therapy helps individuals enhance their communication skills related to speech, language, voice, fluency, and other aspects of communication. Children and adults can both benefit, depending on their needs.

How do I know if my child (or I) needs speech therapy?

Common signs include difficulty being understood, trouble with reading or writing, limited vocabulary, hoarse voice, or struggles with swallowing or articulation. A consultation or evaluation with a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) can help determine if therapy is necessary.

What types of disorders or challenges do you treat?

We provide support for dyslexia, oral myofunctional disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, expressive/receptive language delays, voice and resonance issues, and more.

How long does speech therapy usually take?

The length of therapy varies depending on the individual's needs and goals. Some experience improvement within a few weeks, while others benefit from longer-term support.

How is speech therapy different for adults versus children?

Adult therapy often focuses on rehabilitation (e.g., voice, fluency, cognition, or swallowing), whereas children's therapy supports the development of speech, language, and literacy milestones.

Online Speech Therapy FAQs

Is online speech therapy effective?

Yes! Research supports the effectiveness of teletherapy. Many clients thrive with virtual sessions because they are more comfortable at home, and therapy can easily be tailored to fit their environment and needs.

What do I need for online speech therapy?

You'll need a reliable internet connection, a computer or tablet with a camera and microphone, and a quiet space. We'll walk you through the setup before your first session.

How does a virtual assessment work?

Just like in-person assessments, we use standardized tools and observations—but delivered over a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform. Parents may be asked to participate during assessments for younger children.

Do you offer therapy in the evenings or weekends?

We offer flexible scheduling, including evening and limited weekend appointments, to accommodate busy families and working professionals.

Do you accept insurance, or is this a private pay practice?

We are a private pay practice. However, we provide superbills upon request, so you can seek potential reimbursement from your insurance provider or use HSA/FSA funds.
